2. Description of Service

My Best Resume provides an online resume builder that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes. We offer free and paid plans with different feature sets.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

4. Free & Paid Plans

Free Plan: Access to 5 templates, CV editor, live preview. Limited to 1 saved CV.
Pro Plan (£2.99/mo): All templates, unlimited PDF downloads, custom colours & fonts, unlimited CVs, AI Writing Coach.
Lifetime Plan (£25 once): Everything in Pro, forever. No recurring fees.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The resume content you create belongs to you. Our templates, design, code, and branding are the property of My Best Resume. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our templates.

7. AI Writing Assistant

The AI Writing Assistant provides suggestions to improve your resume content. Suggestions are generated by a third-party language model. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any suggestions before including them in your resume.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, employment outcomes, or interruptions in service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
